Launching for the 2027 Filing Season

25 Years in Canadian Taxes.
One Conclusion:
Software Should Cost Less.

TaxAim is professional Canadian tax software built by the people who've been preparing returns — and paying the bills — for over two decades. We're done waiting for someone else to fix it.

Canadian-built. Canadian-hosted. All client data stays on Canadian soil. CRA EFILE and NETFILE certification underway for the 2027 filing season.

You've Been Paying Too Much.
Not a Little Too Much. A Lot.

The Canadian professional tax software market has consolidated into a handful of players who know you have nowhere else to go. The pricing reflects that — not the value delivered.

Prices That Only Go One Direction

Renewal arrives and the number goes up. Not because anything improved. Because they know you'll pay it, and your client history is the leverage.

Features Held Hostage by Add-ons

E-signatures? Extra. Document storage? Extra. Client portal? Extra. The base product is a stripped shell designed to extract more from you every quarter.

Still Desktop-First in a Cloud World

Many platforms still require Windows installs, local updates, and IT involvement that has no place in a modern practice.

Support That Doesn't Know Tax

Call support. Wait on hold. Get a script-reader. Leave without an answer. Repeat next filing season. You deserve better than that.

Everything You Need.
Nothing to Add On.

One seat. One price. Everything a professional preparer needs — from first interview to CRA-accepted return — included.

E-Signatures — Included

T183 authorization, client consent, everything signed digitally. Included in your seat. Not now, not later — never an add-on. We mean that.

Tax Locker — Secure Document Storage

Encrypted storage for slips, returns, and correspondence. Your clients get access to their own documents. Included in your seat.

AI-Assisted Preparation

Intelligent slip recognition. Auto-fill from CRA. Context-aware guidance as you work. Not a gimmick — AI that actually saves time.

Fully Cloud-Based

Open a browser. Log in. Prepare returns. No installs. No Windows dependency. Works on any device, from any location.

Canadian Data on Canadian Soil

All data stored in Canadian server regions. PIPEDA compliance is foundational — not retrofitted after the fact.

CRA EFILE & NETFILE Certified

CRA certification underway for the 2027 filing season. T1 personal returns, with T2 and T3 support on the roadmap.

"After 25 years, we stopped waiting for someone to build the software the industry actually deserves."

TaxAim grew out of over two decades running a Canadian tax practice. Through filing seasons that never stop, through software that got more expensive and less helpful every year, through watching the industry surrender control of its most critical tools to companies that don't prepare a single return.

We've used the software you use. We've paid the prices you pay. We've called the support lines, waited on hold, gotten no useful answers, and renewed our subscriptions anyway — because there was nothing better worth switching to.

Affordability isn't a marketing angle for TaxAim. It's the reason TaxAim exists. Not "affordable" in the sense of slightly cheaper than last year's renewal increase — genuinely affordable. Per-seat pricing built for practices of every size, with everything included, because treating professionals as a captive revenue source isn't a business model — it's an abuse of trust.

We're building TaxAim from the ground up. Cloud-native, AI-integrated, and designed by people who understand what a tax preparer actually needs on a busy Tuesday in March.

Be Among the First to Know.

We're building TaxAim for the 2027 filing season. If you're a Canadian tax preparer, accountant, or firm owner who's done paying too much for software that doesn't earn it — get in touch. Early access registrants will see pricing first, enter beta first, and be first to benefit from launch-year rates.
